Waste Oil must be disposed/recovered in an approved manner. It msut be collected by an authorised collector with appropriate waste collection permit.
It is an offence under the Waste Management Act to burn waste oil in the absence of a waste licence.
It is illegal to burn waste oil without a licence. Please refer to the PDF or to the EPA website.
