Site Decommissioning

RILTA Environmental has extensive experience in the decommissioning of sites and facilities arising from closures or redevelopment.

As part of the ClearCircle Environmental Group we offer a complete turnkey project management service covering all aspects of the operation. RILTA will work with all the relevant legislative organisations including HSA, EPA, Local Authorities, to agree a decontamination programme and specification.

RILTA offers asbestos roof removal and disposal, building decontamination, removal and recycling of metal, clearing of concrete foundations and sub-ground structures and remediation of contaminated land. Examples of decommissioning works include industrial buildings, manufacturing facilities, remediation of illegal landfills, tanks and tank farms, pipeworks, process equipment and buildings.

All waste generated is disposed of through our EPA licensed facilities or other licensed/permitted facilities. All waste is accompanied by a complete “cradle to grave” audit trail and disposal certification.
